Party All the Time: Katana Chance and Kayden Carter

In the wrestling world today there are wrestlers, and tag teams that always put a smile on your face. There is one tag team that is the life of the party and likes to party all the time. Every time I hear their music and see them wrestle I feel the hype and excitement coming out. However, today the spotlight is on Kayden Carter and Katana Chance.

Who are Katana Chance and Kayden Carter?

Katana Chance: Kacy Catanzaro was born January 14, 1990, and is from New Jersey. Her nickname is Mighty Kacy or in her case now Mighty Katana. Chance was part of the American Ninja Warrior. She was also a gymnast. She is only 5 ft and 100 pounds, but she is a firecracker inside the squared circle and became one heck of a wrestler.

Kayden Carter: Lacey Lane was born May 20th, 1988, and is from the Philippines. In 2016, Carter made her debut with the Team 3D Academy, and then eventually made her WWE debut in 2018.

In 2021, Chance and Carter won the 2021 Dusty Rhodes Classic in NXT. They were eventually in the run for the NXT Women Tag Team Championship. However, after several failed attempts they finally received gold. Chance and Carter held the Tag Titles for 186 days before losing to Fallon Henley and Kiana James at Vengeance Day. Later on, Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn would become new Champions, and in the draft, they were drafted to SmackDown. While Life of the Party got drafted to RAW. Dawn and Isla unified the NXT Titles with the WWE Women Tag Team Championships, only to lose to Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey.

Life of the Party!

There is one set of Women’s Tag Team Titles now, and right now the Champions are Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green. Deville is injured and instead of playing hot potato with the titles; reports are showing that Chelsea Green is keeping the titles, but finding a new tag team partner. I wonder who it will be.

The former Champions would make their debut on RAW, June 5th, 2023. They threw out a challenge to the Champions at the time Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey to a match. It was not for gold, but Chance and Carter showed Rousey and Baszler why they are the life of the party. They came up with a loss, however, the firecrackers put the Champions to the limit.

I believe that Chance and Carter will be Champions again because they have earned it 100%. They will bring the party to the women’s division on the main roster, and spark fireworks to every opponent until they become Champions again.
